The Applicant and/or client undertakes to sign the standard special Power of Attorney presented by CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd, in order for CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd to render the services. CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd, it’s employees and agents shall, at it’s sole discretion be entitled to represent the Applicant and/or client in civil proceedings and obtain financial information on behalf of the Applicant and/or client and shall further be entitled to appoint an Attorney at law to act on behalf of the Applicant and/or client.

The Applicant and/or client hereby indemnifies CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd from all or any claims, that may arise, howsoever and whatsoever against CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd, it’s employees and agents, arising from or related to any service or assistance rendered and/or received by the Applicant and/or client. The Applicant and/or client hereby waives all claims that he/she/they will or may have against CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd howsoever and whatsoever arising out of this service agreement.

CrediClean Africa Pty undertakes to treat all of the Applicant‘s and/or client’s private and confidential information strictly private and confidential, except insofar as permission is expressly authorized in terms of the special Power of Attorney in order for CrediCleanAfrica Pty Ltd to render the services or perform any act or action on behalf of the Applicant and/or client in accordance with the mandate granted to CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd. CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd is not liable for any misuse howsoever and whatsoever of any private and confidential information belonging to the Applicant and/or client by other third parties or other persons.

CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd shall not guarantee nor warrant the proposed outcome of any civil proceedings, representation, credit application and/or proposed action undertaken on behalf of the Applicant and/or client. The Applicant and/or client expressly acknowledges that CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd does not grant credit to, for and on behalf of the Applicant and/or client.

The Applicant and/or client acknowledges that any credit grants, approvals or credit facilities are at the sole discretion of the credit provider, subject to the terms and conditions of the financial institution/s and/or credit providers. The Applicant and/or client acknowledges that CrediClean Africa Pty Ltd does not act as the agent, employee or representative of the financial institution and/or credit providers nor be held liable if credit is not approved to the applicant as credit grantor have their own criteria based on their Application for Credit, which is based on the Applicant’s and/or client’s credit affordability based on information supplied by the Applicant and/or client to a credit provider.
